　　Robert Half is thrilled to assist a prominent community healthcare company in their search for a dedicated Community Associate fluent in Korean or Mandarin. The ideal candidate will actively partake in local community events to promote the company's healthcare benefits, serving as a valuable source of information for both existing and prospective patients. Key to this role is an outstanding level of customer service and proven interpersonal skills.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Actively participate in community events to raise awareness about the healthcare benefits provided by our community clinics.

　　Establish and maintain strong relationships within the community.

　　Assist current and potential patients by providing detailed information on our healthcare plans and services.

　　Respond to any inquiries, solving issues efficiently, ensuring member satisfaction.

　　Utilize language skills to assist and communicate effectively with our Korean or Mandarin speaking patients.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Proficiency in Korean or Mandarin, along with excellent English communication skills.

　　Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

　　Previous experience in customer service or community relations roles.

　　Knowledge of healthcare industry and associated benefits would be an advantage.

　　Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends to accommodate community events.
