　　What you'll do...

　　The Identity and Access Development team is seeking a highly skilled Principal Software Engineer who is motivated to deliver innovative solutions utilized by Walmart associates worldwide. You will work alongside a team of engineers to design, develop, and maintain our suite of Identity and Access Management products.

　　What you'll do:

　　As a Principal Software Engineer, you will:

　　Develop new features and enhancements for our Identity products

　　Design and implement solutions that align with business needs and goals

　　Write complex SQL queries and optimize query performance

　　Troubleshoot bugs and find opportunities for automation and simplification

　　Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and business needs

　　Drive innovation and improvements within the identity space

　　Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members

　　Design solutions

　　What you'll bring:

　　At least 5 years experience writing and tuning complex SQL queries for relational databases

　　At least 5 years experience developing in C# and Java

　　Familiarity with the CI/CD pipeline

　　Familiarity with Identity and Cybersecurity concepts

　　Experience working with Active Directory

　　Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.

　　Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once
