Some evenings and weekends required.Job SummaryThe College of Design Communications Director leads the development and execution of comprehensive multi-channel marketing and communication strategies, aimed at enhancing engagement with both internal and external audiences. The role involves creating dynamic promotional materials for various platforms, upholding the College’s visual identity, and effectively managing project timelines. Candidates should possess advanced knowledge in design and communication tools, exhibit strong strategic and leadership skills, and have a thorough understanding of graphic standards and legal requirements. Responsibilities also include overseeing digital and interactive marketing communications, maintaining the College website, developing a visual asset library, and supervising communication staff. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of professional development, align efforts with university brand standards, and demonstrate exceptional communication, content strategy, and project management skills.IEBC (Internal Employee Being Considered).Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesGraphic design, marketing and branding skills.
