This role is essential in ensuring that our non-profit organization continues to make a positive impact on our supporters. The Corporate Fundraising Coordinator will work closely with other team members to identify, cultivate, and steward corporate and foundation partnerships.Responsibilities:Corporate Partnership Development:Research and identify potential corporate partners aligned with the organization's mission and goals.Proposal and Presentation Preparation:Help create compelling and persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to each corporate prospect.Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure the materials are visually appealing and engaging.Workplace Giving Programs:Develop and manage workplace giving programs with corporate partners, including payroll deduction and matching gift initiatives.Relationship Building:Help establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate contacts, serving as the main point of contact for inquiries and updates.Ensure timely and personalized communication with corporate partners.Donation Management:Track and manage all corporate donations, including those from workplace giving programsEvents and Networking:Coordinate corporate engagement events, meetings, and networking opportunities to foster and strengthen corporate relationships.Administrative Support:Draft and disseminate agendas, meeting notifications, and compile meeting materials for internal and external meetings.Attend select meetings to take minutes or record meeting notes.Maintain marketing tool subscriptions, user accounts, and training frequency.Provides support to Corporate and Foundation team (calendar organization, meeting management, follow-ups, executional needs, etc.).Other Duties as AssignedREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Knowledge of:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.Excellent organizational and project management abilities.Proficiency in using CRM software and other fundraising tools.Knowledge of fundraising best practices, ethics, and legal requirements.A passion for the mission and values of NMDPEducation/and or Experience:Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Non-Profit Management, Marketing).Proven experience in corporate fundraising, business development, or sales.Other Requirements:Must have a Valid Driver's LicenseDEI COMMITMENT:As part of our values, we are committed to supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion at NMDP.
