　　Major responsibilities

　　Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product

　　Confirm, corroborate, and remove unnecessary data, or combine data from several sources

　　Audit reports and sheets of data

　　Explore the internet for information

　　File information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems

　　Track down further information for documents that are deemed incomplete

　　Keep records of tasks, files, and progress Requirements - Accomplished computer skills are a must. This includes word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

　　Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well

　　Proven typing accuracy

　　Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds

　　Data entry experience desired

　　Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

　　Deep understanding of Coding Invoices
