Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on property listings for investment, buying and selling, and monthly rental purposes, consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals. Conduct market/sales channel research on the international consumer markets to develop and market the company's real estate services, targeting potential international consumers. Review and evaluate the existing methods and procedures for the market analysis, marketing and/or business development related projects and prepare reports for recommendations for improvement.Job requires a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Management and 1 year of experience in Market Research Analyst, Market Researcher, or Market Analyst. Must possess expertise/knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise/knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertise/knowledge cannot be quantified by time. Required expertise/knowledge includes: Practical knowledge and experience in handling the market research, marketing, or business development related project from the initiation, development, and completion of the project. Experience with qualitative and quantitative data research and analysis for business operational or development purposes. Experience conducting research and analysis in support of the company's marketing plans and budgeting. Experience in conducting market/sales channel research on the international markets for various business development purposes, including market identification and selection of the projects. Experience in market/competitive analysis, benchmarking and forecasting based on market research.
