　　Pro-actively manage & develop current and new suppliers

　　Develop and actively drive commodity strategies to support the cross functional needs and contribute cost reductions, process improvements and increase revenue

　　Align with local, global, and regional commodity managers to support cross functional needs

　　Develop key strategic supplier partnerships that enable Siemens to be more competitive

　　Collaborate with others commodity managers, share best practice and be a team player.

　　Required skills to have for the success of this role:

　　BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.

　　Minimum 5+ years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities

　　Extensive experience with price and contractual agreement negotiations

　　Advanced knowledge and experience in supplier sourcing processes and supplier development
