JOB REQUIREMENTS: IQ Resource Group is currently seeking employees forsanitation positions on the East and West sides of Green Bay! Positionsavailable on 1st shift. Wages start between \$15 to \$17.50hr.Sanitation Crew 1st Shift 5am-130pm Washing and sanitizing allfood-contact surfaces: soaping, wiping, scraping, rinsing Use of powerhose and air hose to remove debris and rinse Sweeping and moppingOperating floor scrubber equipment Using ladders and scissors lifts toclean at heights Thorough facilities cleaning: windows, walls, ceilings,fixtures ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Physicaldemands of the job: During an 8-10 hour night shift, the employee willperform the following on a frequent to constant basis: standing walkingbending, twisting pushing, pulling reaching overhead work climbingcarrying, both bilateral and unilateral repetitive motion: using upperextremities to wipe, scrub, scrape, sweep, mop etc. Also required:Tolerance / ability to work at heights on ladders and scissors lifts inorder to clean ceiling tiles, pipes, and the tops of large sections ofequipment. Lifting: Frequent lifting from 10 25 pounds; infrequentlifting of up to 40/50 pounds possible. Equipment used: Ladders: from 4foot step ladder to 20 foot extension ladder, as needed. Employees usethe 4 foot ladder daily Employees use extension ladders approximately 2or more times per week Employees are rotated on and off of ladder dutyby the supervisor Scissors lifts: from a few feet off the ground toceiling height, up to 30 feet Safety harnesses are available andencouraged; training is provided Operators are required to be trainedand certified. Passengers are not. All employees are required to work onlifts as either operator or passenger. Employees who decline to betrained as operators will work as passengers. Other equipment used:mops,buckets, rags, scrub brushes, hoses, power washer, scrapers, air hoses,pallet jack.
