  Job Summary

  The Commercial Leadership Development Program (CLDP) at Nordson creates apipeline of future leaders, who possess the skills necessary to succeed incustomer related roles. From the moment you start with Nordson, you will gothrough a variety of development experiences spanning over 18 months. In thisprogram you will start as a cohort with a robust onboarding experience andthen be placed into two - nine-month rotations. You will then be ready to beplaced into a commercial role of interest after successful completion of theprogram. In the CLDP, you will be supported by a mentor, business leadersand other Nordson professionals to help you accelerate your development.

  Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  Take on two-nine-month meaningful assignments in commercial roles, whichcover different departments/products/locations/customers in the UnitedStates. Potential assignments include Portfolio Management, Marketing,Product Management, Customer Service, and Sales.

  Rotations will be assigned considering the CLDP's preference and businessneeds. Each rotation will enhance product knowledge, market strategies, anunderstanding of our business and customer strategies.

  Participate in the CLDP onboarding and development curriculum as well asother networking opportunities with the LDP cohort.

  Under direction and guidance of leadership and mentors, selectedcandidates will learn about Nordson's business segments, business modeland enterprise strategy.

  Complete necessary mentorship assignments, performance managementmilestones and other LDP projects as assigned.

  Education and Experience Requirements

  Recent bachelor graduates, major in Liberal Arts, Business orEngineering majors is preferred. Minimum GPA is 3.2

  Passionate about a career in customer relationship management, businessdevelopment and sales.

  Willingness to relocate for both rotations to any one of our United Stateslocations. Final placement will be in one of our United States locations.

  Strong communication, interpersonal skills and a willingness to learnabout our Nordson product offerings.

  Working Conditions and Physical Demands

  Office environment. To perform this job successfully, an individual must beable to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   Estimated 25%

  Base Salary Range for this position is $54,000-$72,000 and bonustarget is 3%; Nordson may also provide a housing stipend dependent on thegeographic location of the rotation. Benefits including Medical, Rx,Vision, Dental, and Heath Savings Account (HSA), Retirement andSecurity benefits including 401k and Life Insurance. During the first year ofemployment, employees may accrue up to 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO),equivalent to 120 hours. Employees receive 13 paid holidays. In addition toPaid Time Off and Paid Holidays, each employee receives 16 hours paid timeeach calendar year to perform volunteer services for Nordson-sponsored events.Ample opportunities for giving exist at Nordson including our Matching GiftsPr

  The base salary pay range for this job level is a general guideline and not aguarantee of compensation or salary. Individual salaries are determined by avariety of actors including but not limited to internal equity, businessconsiderations, and local market conditions, as well as candidates'qualifications, such as education, experience, and skills.
