　　Job DescriptionTo maintain, diagnose and repair HVAC equipment. Work with co-workers to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied and that we are able to meet our goals as a company. Encourage and coach junior technicians to grow and learn all aspects of this industry and TLC culture. We are looking for a licensed technician with more than 3 years of experience.

　　Job Requirements40 + Hours

　　7:30 am – 5:00 pm

　　1/2 hour required lunch.

　　Journeyman license with 3 years HVAC experience

　　Rotating On-call and emergency

　　Ability and technical knowledge to service, diagnosis, and repair all manner of HVAC equipment.

　　Technical knowledge and ability to size and replace HVAC equipment and train others to do the same.

　　Knowledge to assess multiple types of refrigerants, pressure readings, and set points.

　　Sizing and installation of all manner of equipment

　　Strong aptitude for reading diagrams and schematics.

　　Salary

　　$58,240 - $74,880

　　*Average base salary depends on experience; does not include overtime or bonuses. *
