  The Commercial Excellence Director and Service DBSL for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics are responsible for championing the HGM commercial capability, effectiveness, and growth mindset across the organization, especially for the Marketing, Commercial, and Service BUs. You will drive the Key Account Management (KAM) framework and tools and be the Danaher Business System Leader (DBSL) to drive the execution of the Service Engine across HGM.

  This position is part of the DBS, Performance Partnership, and Commercial Excellence team located in Singapore and will be Remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

  You will be a part of the Commercial Management and report to the Vice President DBS, Performance Partnership and Commercial Excellence, responsible for designing the training framework and methodology, ensuring the Business Units are well equipped to drive the business.   In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  Responsible for HGM Commercial capability, and effectiveness by collating Voice of Customer and co-developing the training methodologies, framework, and curriculum to drive culture changes.

  Conduct annual assessments and collect VOAs on training needs to further enhance the various curriculums.

  Sustain and enhance the current Key Account Management (KAM) framework, including developing and implementing new tools supporting KAM effectiveness.

  Support Global Accounts (GA) Initiatives by ensuring alignment of GA needs with regional priorities and executing KAM workshops for both direct and indirect markets as per the annual plan.

  Operationalize Danaher Service Engine across HGM focusing on building DBS capability in the service organization, including executing L2 level assigned service/fundamental Kaizens and ensuring sustainment of Kaizens and partner with Global Service DBSLs on global service and HGM aligned initiatives.

  Review and prioritization of service Kaizen funnel, while maintaining and ensuring the progress of the Certified Practitioner (CP) funnel and candidates.

  The essential requirements of the job include:

  Minimum 7 years of working experience in business consulting, learning and development, and/or key accounts in sales management.

  Validated consultative selling skills honed within a sophisticated matrix sales environment.

  Passionate in organization capability building and instilling a continuous improvement and growth mindset.

  Understand the cultural differences that exist within the region and how to conduct business according to those differences, while continuing to build constructive and effective relationships both inside and outside the organization.

  Evidence of strong influencing and teamwork skills, having worked previously in a matrix organization and being accountable for delivering business results without direct reports.

  Commanding attention and respect; “executive presence” and ability to immediately establish credibility within the organization and with customers and partners.

  Critical problem solver and able to play in a global and sophisticated environment.

  It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  LEAN and/or Six Sigma certification

  Danaher Business System (DBS)

  Microsoft Office programs, SFDC, Power BI and QUIP
