Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day responsibilities:-
In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind creating and implementing seamless onboarding plans for our new partners. From setting up products to providing top-notch training and addressing queries, you'll be the go-to expert ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Take the stage at partner events and webinars, delivering compelling Sage product demonstrations that leave a lasting impression.
Keep our sales team in the loop by staying abreast of functionality releases, development priorities, and best practice demonstration techniques. Identify growth opportunities for our Sales Account Managers, guiding partners to thrive with Sage. Assist partners in customer migration, ensuring a hassle-free transition. Be the voice of our partners and sales team by compiling valuable feedback and communicating it to our development and product management teams.
Elevate the partner experience by creating resources like processes and videos. If you're ready to play a pivotal role in shaping an exceptional partner journey, join us in redefining excellence in partner onboarding.
Qualifications:-
Strong presentation and communication skills
Experience working directly or indirectly within Accountant industry
Cross Function collaboration – experience collaborating with other departments, such as sales, customer support, and product development, to ensure a cohesive and integrated customer experience
