What You Will Do:
• Lead Critical Business Initiatives across the 3 platforms with Heart Failure including but not limited to reimbursement initiatives and training, EMR integrations, and cross Abbott collaborations
• Collaborate with Marketing and Education to ensure integration with product / technical training
• Collaborate with customers to ensure trainings reflect customer expectations and involve them where appropriate
• Align with HR to evaluate competency levels and create training strategy to address critical gaps
• Develop key performance indicators for projects, track effectiveness, and demonstrate strong financial ROI
• Collaborate with colleagues across HF and Abbott to leverage existing programs, capabilities, materials, platforms, and best practices
• Present program strategy, metrics, and impact to executive leadership
What You Will Bring:
• Experience designing and implementing sought-after sales training programs for both new hires and seasoned professionals
• Experience as a high-performing sales representative or sales manager within pharmaceuticals or medical devices
• Strong understanding of pharmaceuticals or medical device sales process
• Excellent presentation skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to motivate, teach and inspire the sales professionals at all levels
• Adept at facilitating role playing and other types of training formats
• Ability to translate business and organizational objectives into scalable training programs (e.g., train the trainer) that maximize the value of investments
• Self-starter with strong leadership skills and focus on results
• Team-player who works well with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced, demanding, and changing environment
• Project management ability, attention to detail, and dedication to continuous improvement
• Multi-tasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner
• Strong organizational, planning, follow-up skills, and ability to hold others accountable
• Ability to travel, approximately 70%
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years healthcare industry experience
• 4+ years leading and executing Sales Training programs in pharmaceuticals or medical devices
• 3+ years as a high-performing sales representative or sales manager in pharmaceuticals or medical devices

The base pay for this position is $138,000.00 – $257,500.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
