As a Vice President, Commercial Banker in the Healthcare Services, Middle Market Banking team, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new clients and maintaining ongoing relationships. Your responsibilities will include working both independently and collaboratively to introduce our comprehensive solutions to clients. You will be instrumental in expanding and retaining profitable relationships within the Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries (MMBSI) target space. Your role will involve collaboration with clients and partners across the national for-profit Healthcare Services footprint and other firm wide JPM resources. A deep understanding of our solutions and a systematic approach to market activity and prospecting will be essential. Our ideal candidate will have strong local connections and extensive market knowledge.
Our Bankers are required to have deep working knowledge of our solutions including, but not limited to: Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Syndicated Finance, Commercial Card and Chase Paymentech Solutions. Our strongest Bankers have a methodical approach to the market activity and prospecting. Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries delivers locally and therefore our ideal candidate has deep local connections and market knowledge.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
5+ years with above average performance results in a similar banking role or credit/lending related experience
Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate clearly and concisely
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
Bachelor's degree and formal credit training preferred
Sales management and business development skills
Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships
Strong creative solution and problem solving abilities
Excellent business judgment and strategic thinking
Self-directed, proactive, and creative; uses sound judgment and navigates ambiguity to get things done
Flexible to changing business priorities and ability to multitask
