Your New Role...
This is a pivotal role within the UK business to play an instrumental role in the implementation, management and innovation of our new audience propositions. You'll be hands-on with key technology partners, managing the upkeep of our audience libraries, ID solutions and play an active role in our measurement strategies.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Work with Management to bring to life the Audience, Data and measurement strategy for the UK businessDay to day management of DMP, and technology partners (Experience working with Permutive a plus!)Build and maintain a robust audience library, providing sales with up to date information on segment profilesWork closely the sales team on pre-sales audience information and reporting, providing clear and creative audience collateralYou'll have a flair for campaign Audience optimization, reviewing audience segments and providing operations with recommendationsProvide sales team with post campaign insights analysis and collateral where necessaryManage the ingestion, collation, creation of segments and provide in depth analysis to other teams across the organisationAssist in project management & technical onboarding of new data platforms and/or sourcesWork closely with software developers & engineers across the business to ensure timely deployment and updates of Data solutionsAttend industry events, keeping management informed of new developments, regulations and opportunities for innovationWork with leadership on new partner scoping, liaising with commercial insights team to ensure ad sales data strategy works in line with wider business strategyWork closely with new and existing partners ensuring WBD is well positioned on new opportunities
Qualifications & Experience...
Experience working within a digital publishing or streaming businessKnowledge of data platforms & analytical toolsExperience working with partners such as Permutive, Audience Project, Snowflake and LiverampExperience working with multiple SSPs/DSPs & Ad ServersFamiliarity with Business Intelligence tools and organizing data setsHave an understanding of the different types of audience data available and it's sales usageHave an understanding of ID solutions and the role they play within the Digital ecosystemBe a confident presenter, providing reports for Sales teams and clients where requiredHave an interest in Streaming and the role advertising playsAble to work both independently and collaboratively with team members as well as in cross-functional groupsDemonstrates impressive attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
