JOB SUMMARY
Working under close supervision, conducts and documents simple to moderate standard financial analysis and ad hoc finance projects. Aids organization with financial functions, such as assessing, auditing, planning, budgeting, taxes, consolidation, cost control, and project control.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Maintain relationships with landlords for timely submission of invoices and other requirements.
2) Work with the Finance team to ensure that payments to landlords are made as per terms of lease.
3) Creation of Purchase Orders into the system.
4) Working understanding of PEZA and BOI paperwork, rules, and guidelines.
5) Working knowledge on transfer between PEZA and BOI.
6) Working knowledge of documentation requirements at various stages, such as but not limited to
PO authorization
Customs clearance - pre-ordering with manifest details at the port and delivery
Coordinate documentation with customs clearing agent.
7) Work with finance and tax teams on PEZA and BOI guidelines and documentation.
8) Collaborate with multiple teams for import and transfer assets from different sites.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to co-workers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university in a Accounting/Finance field. 5 years of relevant experience in PEZA and BOI compliance and coordination. Exposure in working in a facilities management or multinational company will be a plus.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
None.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information to supervisors and finance management.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires knowledge of basic financial terms, concepts and accounting principles.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret financial information and the ability to accurately explain/report activity in verbal and written communications. Requires intermediate analytical skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Computer skills, including specific knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.). Knowledge in using finance/accounting software. Strong work ethic and adaptable.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
