　　Your key responsibilities

　　Support 1 to 2 Account Managers with all customer facing requests such as samples, pricing, documentation requests and coordination of meetings (virtual and on-site), which includes management of catering orders and other logistical on-site coordination.

　　Manage significant amount of regulatory coordination of documents: Enters quality, regulatory and sustainability related customer requests into internal system in a timely fashion. Returns completed documentation to customer once available. Follow up with internal teams to ensure deadlines are being met. Follow up with internal teams around incomplete documentation.

　　Requests price quotations from pricing office via internal system; prepares price letters and effectively maintains all price related files for customers from a pre-sales perspective. Work with pricing office on annual pricing review including creation and communication of price increase letters.

　　Supports the department to process and maintain legal documents via Firmenich’s end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management solution (Contract Us).

　　May act as a super user for the department as well as work on special projects based on business needs.

　　You bring

　　High School Diploma Required, bachelor’s degree preferred.

　　Highly resourceful professional with the ability to work independently, as well as work cohesively with a large remote based team.

　　At least 1-3 years of related administrative/sales support/customer care experience required, preferably in the food or flavor industry.

　　Intermediate or Expert level excel user with the aptitude to gain insights and drive decision making using data.
