  Brindar apoyo y soporte al equipo de gestión comercial de LATAM, generando reportes, herramientas y análisis de resultados que permitan mejorar el rendimiento del negocio de distribución Premium (HBO y TNT Sports), aumentando las ventas, disminuyendo las desconexiones y fomentando el uso de nuestros productos.

  MAJOR ACTIVITIES / PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES Y RESULTADOS

  1. Desarrollar el set de herramientas necesarias para la gestión del negocio de suscripción (30%)

  Procesar datos y desarrollar reportes relacionados con la evolución de subscriptores, ingresos, promociones, ARPU, ventas, desconexiones y autenticaciones de los negocios premium y básico para los principales operadores de la región.Calcular el costo por adquisición (SAC) de los productos premium (MAX y TNT Sports) por distribuidor, identificando oportunidades para incrementar la eficiencia de la inversión realizada.Llevar registro de los precios y promociones disponibles por producto premium (MAX y TNT Sports) para cada operador, realizando análisis de competencia.

  2. Realizar las evaluaciones y análisis necesarios para monitorear la gestión del negocio de suscripción (30%)

  Analizar los resultados de la gestión de premium (MAX y TNT Sports), identificando highlights que permitan al equipo comercial identificar y mantener las buenas prácticas, corregir las acciones con malos resultados y sugerir nuevas oportunidades de comercialización.Evaluar promociones, descuentos y otros potenciales acuerdos comerciales en función de las metas establecidas para el negocio premium (MAX y TNT Sports).Analizar inversiones asociadas a la gestión de los paquetes premium, buscando eficiencias/oportunidades que lleven a mejorar la rentabilidad del negocio en la región.

  3. Dar soporte para la evaluación de la gestión con los canales de venta de los operadores (20%)

  Llevar registro continuo de los resultados de las plataformas y canales de venta/retención.Identificar mejores prácticas en cuanto a incentivos para replicar en distintos canales de venta y operadores.

  4. Realizar proyecciones y presupuestos del negocio de suscripción (20%)

  Participar en los procesos de proyección y presupuestos del área, en coordinación con los equipos de Planificación Estratégica, Finanzas y otras áreas que puedan estar involucradas en esta tarea.

  Distribución y Marketing locales: Para conocer el contexto comercial de la relación con los distribuidores y mantener informado al equipo de distribución respecto a los resultados y planes comerciales que se están implementando.Finanzas y Strategic Planning: Para conocer las metas y los recursos disponibles con los updates correspondientes, además de colaborar en el armado de proyecciones y presupuestos del área.Trade Marketing RegionalGrowth & EngagementProducto

  1. Formación Académica: Licenciatura en Administración, Marketing o carrera afín.

  2. Conocimientos: Manejo de Excel y Power Point. Manejo de Presupuesto.

  3. Experiencia requerida: Al menos 2 años en cargo similar.

  4. Idioma: Inglés Básico/Intermedio.

  Essential

  1. Years of experience: Minimum 2 years in Strategy or Commercial areas, including experience in sales or with sales departments.

  2. Broad knowledge and experience in Reporting and Analysis.

  3. Above average skills in Analysis and presentation of results, conclusions and recommendations.

  4. Above average skills in in projections and project evaluations.

  5. Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related fields.

  6. Ability to working in challenging environments, results driven and team player.

  7 Above average skills in in self-management under changing environments.

  8. Other: Intermediate English.

  Desirable

  1. Experience in working in Pay TV and digital streaming platforms companies.

  2. Experience in working different cultures and markets in Latin America.
