Color Lab Intern: Eye

　　We're looking for an Intern to support our team! This is an exciting opportunity to learn and work in a fast-paced environment where you will build business relationships and develop key skills needed in the corporate world. You will work under the leaders of our team, while contributing to the development of business needs for "Brands that Inspire".

　　The Intern will work with the Principal Scientist - Eye and be mentored in their designated departments.

　　The intern will work on an assigned project while assisting with everyday business needs.

　　The Intern is a well-rounded student with good academic standing. They must be creative, organized, and ready to learn and work with a team

　　 In this role you will be responsible for:

　　Batch emulsion and powder formulas that deliver superior consumer performance on time while providing regular updates to lead scientist Support technical method testing and complete rheological, physical, and mechanical performance tests Operate laboratory equipment, follow R&D procedures, and document development and experimental results Test and document formula or integrated product performance and stability results to implement optimization Comply with all company policies, procedures, safety, and GMP LIFICATIONS

　　 Essential:

　　Students who are in their junior year and working toward a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Must be able to work 40 hours per week during the summer of 2024 Exceptional organizational skills and great attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Perform good experimental execution, data collection, and documentation Passion for beauty with a general understanding of color products

　　 Desirable:

　　Degree concentration in areas relating to a polymer chemistry or colloid science or related science field Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach A natural aptitude for problem solving and critical thinking A curious mind open to knowledge and instruction E OFFER
