About the Role:

As a Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting clients and collecting outstanding payments. You will strike a balance between maintaining trustful relationships and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments.

Finding and contacting clients to ask about their overdue payments.

Taking actions to encourage timely debt payments.

Updating account status records.

Processing payments and refunds.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Collection Specialist.

Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques.

Familiarity with laws related to debt collection (e.g. FDCPA).

Proficient in MS Office and databases.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
