About Collections Representative

  Kelly Is Hiring Several Collections Representatives For This Family Owned and Operated Financial Services Business Located In Newark, DE!! This Is NOT a Work From Home Role.

  1st Shift Hours 8 AM - 5 PM and 2nd Shift Hours 12 PM - 9 PM Monday - Friday. Candidates Must Be Able To Work 2 Evening Shifts A Week and Every Other Saturday.

  $15 An Hour, Pay Increase Upon Hire.

  FT, 40-Hour Work Week, And Temp To Hire.

  Start Date: Immediately.

  Training On 1st Shift 8 AM - 5 PM Monday - Friday For 1 to 2 Weeks.

  Paid Training, Student/Family Friendly Scheduling Options, And Bonuses.

  JOB SUMMARY:

  The Ideal Candidate Has Strong Customer Service Experience, Possesses Excellent Phone Skills, Is Comfortable Making Collection Calls, And Presents A Positive Impression For The Company Responsibilities. Set Up Suitable Payment Arrangements Once The Contact With Debtor Has Been Made, And Follows Up On Payment Arrangements. Keep Accurate Records And Documentation Of Activity On Accounts Worked Through Policies And Procedures As Set Forth By The Company.

  REQUIREMENTS:

  MUST Be Available To Attend And Complete The Entire Training Program.

  MUST Have Knowledge Of The FDCPA And Credit Bureau Reports.

  MUST Have Collections experience!

  MUST Have Call Center, Telemarketing, And/or Customer Service Skills.

  QUALIFICATIONS:

  Experience In Agency Or Bank Recovery Preferred.

  Ability To Work Well Under Pressure, Independently, Meet Deadlines, And Understand This Is A Fast Paced Working Environment.

  Have Strong Written And Oral Communication Skills.
