　　Are you an administrative professional with healthcare experience? Robert Half is seeking qualified individuals for a contract Collections Representative opportunity. This Collections Representative role is an exciting opportunity with a prestige healthcare partner. In this role, you will be performing clerical tasks to support the Collections department and maintain a smoother billing process. This Collections Representative role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ.

　　Responsibilities include:

　　Retrieving, reviewing, and printing patient documents.

　　Preparing and sending out documentation to payers and patients regarding due payments.

　　Supporting billers and collectors in the management of necessary documents.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications that we're looking for:

　　High School diploma or equivalent required

　　Minimum of 1 year of prior healthcare collections, billing or claims experience required

　　At least 6 months of medical terminology knowledge

　　Healthcare practice management software experience preferred

　　Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills

　　Experience using Microsoft Office

　　strong knowledge of explanation of benefits (EOBs) to include claims denial
