Description

　　We are partnering up with an amazing company in the energy and specialized market segment and are currently seeking a dynamic Collections Clerk with NetSuite experience to join our team for a local and immediate project.

　　Location: Carlsbad, CA (Not Remote)

　　Responsibilities:

　　Conduct timely and effective collections on outstanding accounts

　　Utilize NetSuite to track and manage customer accounts

　　Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and issues

　　Provide excellent customer service while addressing inquiries related to accounts

　　Generate and analyze reports to assess collection performance

　　Requirements

　　Proven experience as a Collections Clerk

　　Proficiency in using NetSuite for collections and account management

　　Strong communication and negotiation skills

　　Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
