Description
• Responsible for adding/removing accounts, adding/removing the recording feature and supporting all end users
• Responsible for Account/Group management within the Zoom platform
• Responsible for the creation and modification of Knowledge Based Articles
• Vendor Management
• Responsible for testing new functionality and release planning
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Assist managing and directing 3rd party UC vendors
Solving issues tied to Microsoft Teams and Zoom
Issues tied to microphones, camera sharing, video issues, chat issues, etc
Ability to understand if these are caused by the end-user, OS, hardware or an overall system issue
Manning L2-L3 helpdesk for UC collaboration tools and video conferencing
Escalating with vendors – driving incidents and problems to resolution and root cause
Working as part of a team, leveraging others without authority
