Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to age-specific needs and to provide the care needed as described in the department's policies and procedures.SummaryAs part of an interdisciplinary team, the BCBA/Psychotherapist is responsible for the development, coordination, and implementation of behavioral assessments and interventions. Provide psychotherapy to select patients.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesStaff will provide patient care, treatment, and services within the scope of their license, certification or registration and as required by law and regulation.Complete psychotherapy assessments and treatment plans to guidelines.Supervise ABA Behavior Technicians and implementation of treatment plans.Completes behavioral observation protocols and participates in research projects as requested.Provide counseling/psychotherapy to select patients under the supervision of a fully licensed psychologist, as assigned by Chief Psychologist.Participate in consultation sessions with the treatment team and parents.Complete required documentation according to protocols and within outl
