　　Where the Chemistry Happens…

　　As a Coatings Site Service Representative, you will support the daily operation of BASF products in Customer Automotive Assembly Plants by providing on-site technical and application knowledge. You will respond to customer requirements, enforce product quality/performance specification, and support new product/application development. As part of the team, you will assure value to the customer for product technical support, problem investigation, analysis and resolution. You will be based out of our Oshawa, ON paint facility.

　　Formula for Success: You Will…

　　Perform your daily tasks individually and in a team environment.

　　Collect and analyze technical data to identify and resolve issues to provide a superior product to your customers.

　　Assure product performance meets or exceeds customer expectations, and support business objectives to be our customer’s supplier of choice.

　　Provide on-site expertise of product performance including color management, defect identification, and corrective action if necessary.

　　Develop and support customer relationships.

　　Integrate within the business and technical community to bring additional value to ECO coatings customers.

　　Control key performance indicators within product service environments to drive problem resolution and product improvement initiatives critical to customer performance expectations.

　　Strong mechanical aptitude.

　　Attention to detail in following written procedures, work instructions and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).

　　Proficiency with the Microsoft Office product suite.

　　Willingness to work shifts and weekends when necessary.
