Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Drive the transition from a functionally oriented to a process-oriented organization
Identify and implement improvements in operations for spares, retrofits, upgrades, and repairs globally
Explore digitalization trends and propose improvements for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness
Analyse and improve practices in production planning, manufacturing, logistics, and data management
Collaborate with information systems specialists to align with business needs
To succeed in this role, you will need:
8+ years as a Business Process Subject Matter Expert in an international, technology-driven environment
4+ years managing medium to large projects in a global, decentralized organization
Hands-on experience in IT and/or business operations. Experience in process digitalization and IT-related projects
Business process development expertise in manufacturing, production planning, supply chain, or operations
Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, or similar
Project Management and L6S are advantageous.
Proficiency in English. Additional languages (French, Spanish, German) are advantageous
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams globally
Strong leadership, change management, and coaching skills
