　　Job Summary

　　The incumbent will be involved in developing and improving manufacturing processes and engineering activities to support new product development and/or existing product enhancement.

　　Main Responsibilities

　　Provide engineering inputs on Design for Automated Assembly (DFAA) during product development and contribute to product FMEA.

　　Identify and perform process technology assessment.

　　Lead and execute process development activities utilizing Six-sigma Methodology and establish process specification.

　　Conduct and prepare process FMEA documentation.

　　Lead in design and conduct Design of Experiments (DOE).

　　Develop and conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA).

　　Prepare work instruction / training material for process.

　　Lead and execute process validation and compile completion result.

　　Lead and develop process characterization for material or process changes.

　　Lead in problem solving using continuous improvement methodologies and tools.

　　Responsible for loss prioritization, elimination of top losses, improvement of OEE.

　　Lead Quality Improvement activities such as complaint, CAPA and QN investigation

　　Support department in ensuring that project completion date and overall process effectiveness are consistently met.

　　Perform any other tasks as assigned.

　　Preferred Requirements

　　Degree in relevant Engineering or Manufacturing field

　　2 - 5 years of relevant experience in process development

　　Six-sigma Green Belt Certification is preferred

　　Knowledge and Skills

　　Effective team contributor, customer-focused, high standard of deliverables, ability to drive for results.

　　Possess good verbal and written communication skills, and able to interact well with internal and external customers.

　　Proficient in data analytics.

　　Accountability

　　Project completion date, capital investment and overall process effectiveness.

　　Updated process development data and documentation.

　　Compliance with ISO 9001-2008 Quality Management System.
