　　The Job You Will Perform:

　　Participate in the Recycling business financial closes at the assigned facility level by leading and executing a portfolio of centralized close activities.

　　Facilitate the end-to-end monthly closing, review, reconciliation and reporting processes.

　　Ensure monthly transactions are recorded in compliance with GAAP and established accounting policies/conventions.

　　Work as a business partner with the Recycling facilities and business Finance Leadership providing analytical support.

　　Participate and work with internal / external financial audits and balance sheet reviews. Taking ownership of resolution of assigned action items.

　　Complete various reporting requirements for governmental entities, trade associations, and internal organizations.

　　Ensure that applicable internal controls are followed in each area of responsibility.

　　Leverage business / manufacturing knowledge to establish reliable financial processes.

　　Collaboratively work with fellow Converting Financial Analysts on department project teams as well as participate in driving process enhancements with centralized processes &/or financial tools.

　　Performs work assignments with limited supervision

　　Accountable for various outsourced activities and processes as directed

　　Develop into subject matter expert on key department process teams to assist in leading training and identify waysto heighten work product deliverables.

　　The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:

　　BS or MS degree in Accounting, Finance or Business required

　　2-4 years of relatable experience

　　Strong understanding of financial accounting and GAAP

　　Facility or plant experience a plus

　　Proficient in Microsoft Excel

　　Proficient in SAP a plus

　　Background or interest in Data Analytics, Analysis for Office, or Power BI a plus

　　Ability to work in a team environment

　　Good oral and written communication skills
