　　Proficiency in CNC machine programming, setup, operation, and tooling

　　Solid troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve machine issues

　　Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints

　　Position Overview: Operating machinery to fabricate components for the production of machinery.

　　The work environment is maintained at a controlled temperature.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Setup, program and operate CNC machines to achieve specified tolerances.

　　Proficient with Mazak machines & in Mazatrol programming.

　　Interpret and analyze blueprints to ensure accurate production.

　　Knowledge of tooling requirements to optimize machining processes.

　　Prioritize safety and adhere to safety protocols in the workplace.

　　Periodically handle loads weighing up to 50 lbs.

　　Flexibility to work overtime when required to meet project deadlines.

　　Exhibit responsibility, initiative, and a proactive work approach.

　　Attention to detail with a solid commitment to maintaining quality standards.

　　Adaptability to change and the ability to adjust processes accordingly.

　　Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented work environment.
