There are CNC Operator positions based in Corry, PA, but from time to time may be assigned to work in Irvine/Warren Plants that maybe awarded in the near future. The successful candidate(s) may be required to work rotating shifts, including 24/7 and in some areas, there may be seven-day continuous schedules and there will be times when overtime work (over 40 hours/week) will be mandatory.CNC Operator - Essential Job Functions - but not limited to the following:Operate all types of Robotic and CNC controlled machinesMust communicate with programming, product and inspection personnelOrganize work area of tools and inspection gaugingDetermine appropriate wear offset adjustments to stay within print tolerancesReplace broken or worn toolsRecord dimensional data of parts being produced electronically or on paperRecord labor hours performed on parts being produced electronically or on paperRinse and clean parts as requiredDeburr with hand and power tools to detailed drawings, specifications and instructionsInsure all paperwork and documentation is completed properlyTroubleshoot and clear machine alarm conditions as requiredManage chip bins and barrels, cleaning up as neededPerform routine machine maintenance per scheduleOther duties as deemed necessaryAttend all required meetings and trainingsRegular attendance as scheduled is an essential function.Equal Opportunity Employer-minorities/ females/veterans/individuals with disabilities /sexual orientation/gender identity.
