Description:

　　Candidates will be monitoring CNC lathe machines making sure parts are coming out correctly and doing any necessary offsets. Will be using gages (specialized) to make sure are parts are within spec.

　　Occasionally they will load the parts into the machine. If a part get stuck will have to lockout machine to remove and try to determine the problem. If a tool becomes broken or chipped will need to change out the tool.

　　Shift:

　　CNC Ops (6AM-6PM) $17 an hour

　　CNC Ops (6PM-6AM) $19.55 an hour

　　They are working a new 2-3-2 shift. It is 12 hour shifts. The schedule will work 2 days on, 3 days off, 2 days on EX: (mon - tues ON, wed - Friday OFF, sat-sun ON) and then next week they will work (mon-tues OFF, wed-fri ON, sat-sun OFF) REPEAT.

　　CNC, Micrometer, Calipers, operate, Blueprint, Haas, Cnc setup

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　CNC lathe at least 1 year of recent

　　Gages (micrometers and calipers)

　　Completing offsets and Tool Changes
