　　Accurately applies customer payments to accounts.

　　Researches and resolves payment discrepancies and payment-related queries from customers.

　　Adjusts accounts as needed.

　　Prepares and posts all payments received daily for bank deposits.

　　Prepares and enters all deposits (ACH,CC, ETC)

　　Prepares regular reports for accounting.

　　Processes returned checks.

　　Monitors bank reconciliation and ACH transfers.

　　Processes credits.

　　Manually enters purchase orders.

　　Communicates with sales department and customers.

　　Account collections.
