1st shift - 10 hrs a day - 6am -4. Saturdays half day.
manufacturer of electromagnetic parts/ products for the aerospace industry (gears, pumps, compressors). Their list of product lines for the aerospace industry includes but not limited to:
Gearboxes, pumps, actuators, landing gear, shafts, pumps, etc

For these positions specifically, this person will be expected to be able to take a part from print to finished product on their own. They will be given a drawing and be asked to set their own vices, select their own tooling/material, and then download the correct program as needed to run the part. The parts can vary in size, and rage from:
2in - 24in for these particular machines. Majority of their parts are stainless steel.
They have openings for both fanuc controlled machines(HAAS) which operate using G&M coding as well as openings for MAZAK milling machines which work off of conversational based controls. PLEASE SHOW ME CANDIDATES THAT HAVE EITHER FANUC CONTROL OR CONVERSATIONAL CONTROL EXPERIENCE THEY WILL LOOK AT BOTH.
A big plus would be any experience using Mastercam software to make edits/changes to the programs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST:
At least 2 years of CNC Milling experience
Experience stetting up machines
Must have experience on vertical mills
Ability to do change overs, adjustments, setting up fixtures, locking out vices, ability to read blueprints, and swap out their own tooling.
