　　Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

　　Term: Temp to perm

　　What’s a typical day as a CNC Mill Operator? You’ll be:

　　• Loading and unloading raw materials.

　　• Proficiently using gages and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements.

　　• Reducing set up time and machining time through process improvements.

　　• Inspecting completed work for conformance to specifications using tools such as calipers, height gauges, micrometers, rulers, etc.

　　• Performing geometry and tool wear offsets.

　　• Cleaning and performing daily/preventative maintenance of company equipment.

　　• Assisting in the organization and maintenance of the Machine Shop work environment.

　　• Utilizing and abiding by AS9100 requirements and safety procedures.

　　• Complying with all quality policies and instructions.

　　• Tracking/recording job progress and deficiencies daily in both written and electronic formats.

　　This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

　　• Have experience working in a machine shop or production environment.

　　• Have the ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.

　　• Have a general understanding of and ability to accurately use measuring tools.

　　• Have the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

　　• Are able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.

　　• Are able to accurately use measuring tools.

　　• Have keen attention to detail and quality.

　　• Are able to bend, stoop, and reach.

　　• Are able to lift 30 lbs.
