　　Troubleshooting & repair skills

　　Responsibilities

　　Work cooperatively with all employees.

　　Troubleshoot and repair all electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems of production equipment.

　　Repair all auxiliary equipment such as temperature controllers, granulators and conveyors

　　Install new machinery; modify equipment to meet special requirements.

　　Maintain building, lighting, ventilation and HVAC systems.

　　Perform minor janitorial duties throughout the facility.

　　Complete preventive maintenance schedules on all equipment.

　　Assist outside contractors, manufacturing engineering and secondary operations with special projects.

　　Implement new technologies.

　　Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　working in a smoke free environment

　　manual lifting up to 50lbs

　　standing for 8 hours at one time
