JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop skills in CNC machining through four-year comprehensive training and mentorship under an established US-DOL Apprenticeship program. After successful program completion, finish rate of at least $28/hr guaranteed.PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
High school diploma or equivalentAt least 1 year experience operating CNC mills and lathesSKILLS REQUIRED
CNC Machine operation -- familiar with Brother and HAAS CNC mills a plusTool offsets, changing tools, in-process inspectionsUse of hand measuring tools (micrometers, height gages, gages, etc.)Ability to use computer based work order management (time tracking, information find, create and update work instructions, retrieve tooling, request tooling, etc)RESPONSIBILITIES
Learn, operate and set-up CNC Mills / CNC Lathes as directedMake tool offsets and tool changes as necessary.```{=html}
```- Interpret and understand technical drawings and blueprints with guidance

```- Follow work instructions for each job and update when necessary- Perform in-process QC inspection.- Work within ISO9000 / AS9100 Quality Management System
