2nd shift CNC Machinist - Youngstown, Ohio - JOB 23-00912Salary Range: $20.00 - $30.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits.Youngstown, Ohio manufacturer is seeking to hire an experienced CNC Machinist to operate CNC Horizontal and Vertical Mills and Machining Centers for 2nd shift(4pm-3am) .REQUIREMENTS

　　High School graduate (Technical School graduate is a plus)Large Horizontal Boring and Vertical Mill experienceSolid knowledge of reading and interpreting blue prints, performing set-ups and editing G & M code programs3+ years prior CNC Machining experience machining medium to heavy plate fabricationsInterpret packet of router, engineering drawings, blue prints, and other work instructionsProgram review, including debugging and problem solvingLoad feed mechanism by using an overhead crane to lift materials into positionMill, turn, drill, tap, de-bur, saw, and sand fabricationsVerify settings by measures, marks, and scribe dimensions and reference points on first-run partClean and perform inspections of the first-run part, machines, and toolingSelect, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines as necessary to machine parts as requiredCalculate and set controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed and depth, and angle of cut, or enter commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerized machine control according to guidelinesTroubleshoot malfunctions or resolve issues as requiredPerform routine maintenance on machines as requiredMeasure dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specificationsCandidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.Due to the large amount of resumes we expect to receive only the most qualified candidates will be contacted.
