CNC Machinist with Mastercam Experience

　　Position: CNC Mill Lathe Machinist

　　O'Fallon Missouri

　　Responsibilities:

　　Set up and operate CNC milling and lathe machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications..

　　Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

　　Collaborate with the engineering team to review and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications.

　　Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments as needed.

　　Monitor machine performance and make recommendations for improvements in efficiency and productivity.

　　Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

　　Requirements:

　　Proven experience as a CNC Mill Lathe Machinist in a manufacturing setting.

　　Proficiency in programming and operating CNC machines, with a strong emphasis on Mastercam software.

　　Solid understanding of machining processes, tool selection, and cutting parameters.

　　Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

　　Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

　　Familiarity with a variety of materials, including metals and plastics.

　　Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

　　Qualifications:

　　High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or apprenticeship program completion is a plus.

　　Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Mill Lathe Machinist.

　　Proven expertise in using Mastercam for programming and optimizing CNC machines.
