　　Starting pay of $14 - $18.75 per hour dependent upon shift and inclusive of base pay and any incentives. Please see wage details below.

　　Shift Details

　　The following shifts are available:

　　Day Shift: Monday- Friday, 5:45am - 2:15pm (base pay only $14 - 15 / hourly)

　　Evening Shift: Monday - Friday, 1:45pm - 10:15pm (base pay with shift differential $17 - $18 / hourly)

　　Overnight Shift: Schedule options listed on application, 9:45pm - 6:15am (base pay with shift differential $15 - $16 / hourly)

　　Weekend Shift: Saturday - Sunday, 5:45am - 10:15pm (base pay with Baylor pay bonus ($17.50 - $18.75 / hourly)

　　Responsibilities

　　Responds to call lights and resident needs

　　Assists resident in maintaining independence in activities of daily living

　　Bathes, dresses, and undresses residents.

　　Serves and collects food trays and feeds residents requiring help.

　　Assist patients with mobility

　　Obtains and records vital signs, weights, input and output as needed.

　　Documents care provided in the electronic medical record.

　　Monitors for changes in residents are reports to nursing staff as warranted.

　　Ensure cleanliness of work environment and equipment.

　　Comply with all community policies and procedures, including infection prevention and control.

　　Participates in all in-service programs to expand and develop abilities.

　　Requirements

　　Education:

　　High school graduate or equivalent

　　Long-Term Care Aide Certification for the State of Oklahoma

　　Experience:

　　Candidate must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents, families, guests, and other associates in English

　　The ideal candidate will be caring, organized, and able to multi-task
