　　Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Cloud System Administrator who acts as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations.

　　Responsibilities include:

　　Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks.

　　Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime.

　　Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

　　Provide customer onboarding tracking and provisioning assignments.

　　Utilize continuous monitoring tools to monitor for service interruptions/alerts/outages and report to key stakeholders.

　　Here is what you need:

　　BS in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics with 5 years of cloud administration experience

　　DoD 8570.01-m requirement certification

　　Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with an ability to take a Polygraph examination.
