Job Overview

As a Cloud Support Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions for clients and organizations. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues, optimizing systems, and ensuring adherence to security protocols. Collaboration with both technical and non-technical team members is essential.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain cloud-based systems to meet needs.

Debug issues related to cloud systems.

Modify and enhance existing cloud infrastructure for efficiency.

Manage and support the Dev to Production cloud IaaS and platform.

Ensure quality, performance, and availability of hosted services.

Provide guidance and support for cloud technology practitioners.

Work on high-volume mission-critical systems involving platforms like AWS, Azure, OCI and more.

Rapidly identify and resolve customer problems.

Key Core Competencies

Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.

Experience with both AWS and Azure.

Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 0 - 3 years of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry

Certifications in cloud providers preferred

The base salary range for this role is $104,000 to $130,000. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, short incentive plan participation, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state. Our robust time-off policy includes unlimited paid time off, 11 paid holidays plus additional time off for a shut-down period during the last week of December, 80 hours of paid sick time upon hire and each year thereafter. Total compensation, including base salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including candidate experience, skills, education and other factors permitted by law.
