Job Description

　　We are looking for an experienced Snowflake developer to join our Supply Chain IT team. As a Cloud Software Engineer, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our data architecture on the Snowflake cloud data platform for Supply Chain Planning Data.

　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Data Integration and Processing:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design optimal data models within the Snowflake environment.- Work closely with ETL developers to ensure seamless and efficient data integration processes.- Building and maintaining Snowpipes and streamings- Setting up data load and unloads onto Microsoft blob storage- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.- Develop stored procedures and UDFs using Snowflake scripting/Python.Administration:- Monitor system health, performance, and resource utilization, and implement optimizations as needed.Security and Compliance:- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive data.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data storage and processing.Documentation:- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data architecture, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 6+ years in Data Engineering or in a similar role, with a deep understanding of Snowflake platform and features.- Strong SQL skills and experience in optimizing complex queries.- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud provider platform.- Scripting skills (Python or Snowflake) for automation tasks.- Proficiency in data modeling and database design principles.- Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

　　Preferred Qualifications:- Knowledge of data warehousing best practices.- Having experience in IT data planning for Supply Chain is an added advantage.- Experience in creating Power BI reports for data analysis.- SnowPro Core certified

　　This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
