　　SMX is seeking a skilled Cloud Scrum Master , with expertise in Agile methodology to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day tactical coordination of migration sprint teams for a large portfolio migration. The candidate will also be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of client resources in collaboration with the SMX Sr. Project Manager and Client Project Manager. As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating project activities, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals. This is a remote position supporting a Massachusetts based program.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Agile Project Planning and Sprint Execution:

　　Lead sprint/wave migration planning sessions to identify and prioritize migration tasks.

　　Manage Agile teams to complete migration tasks as outlined in the sprint planning meeting

　　Tactically engage with SMX and Client stakeholders to plan meetings and clear execution hurdles during the sprint.

　　Jira Tool based Sprint Management:

　　Demonstrated proficiency with Jira.

　　Demonstrated proficiency with Jira/Confluence based Dashboard reporting to show project progress.

　　Stakeholder Collaboration:

　　Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather wave expectations, priorities, requirements and blockers.

　　Maintain open communication with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment on status, blockers and client needs.

　　Team Leadership:

　　Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

　　Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional development.

　　Required Skills:

　　Minimum of 3 years of experience

　　Experience in effective communication with Client Technical and Executive level stakeholders.

　　Experience in the day-to-day management of technical resources during an AWS Migration.

　　Experience using Agile methodology in AWS Migration and/or AWS infrastructure build out initiatives.

　　Knowledge of Jira, Agile and SharePoint

　　Excellent communication skills

　　Ability to manage multiple initiatives at one time.

　　Ability to articulate Agile methodology concepts to client stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

　　Experience in project finance, ability to maintain project budget in a demanding environment.

　　Desired Experience:

　　Bachelor's Degree in a related field

　　CSM certification

　　AWS Technical Understanding, holding an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
