　　Job Description:

　　TheCloud Operations Leadwill be responsible for leading an enterprise cloud services operations team managing projects, tasks, and support tickets to enable cloud services for AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

　　Responsibilities:

　　AWS/Azure/OCI cloud account provisioning using automated tools (i.e. AWS CloudFormation templates, ARM templates, Terraform, and CI/CD tools)

　　Provide operations for cloud services to include account management for users, developers, engineers, and system administrators.

　　Implement cloud services projects and tasks for Identity & Access Management updates, cloud network services, cloud infrastructure, and other tasks as needed

　　Supervise and manage team of operations engineers for cloud services and troubleshooting issues and remediate findings

　　Monitor security alerts and system alerts for cloud accounts using Amazon GuardDuty, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, and Splunk tools to escalate for customers.

　　Track issues with Jira Service Management ticketing system and update knowledge base using Confluence for known issues or how-to configurations.

　　Provide support for DevOps tools (GitLab, SonarQube, Artifactory, Tenable Security Center, Nessus, Splunk, and Active Directory management) in various tickets to include account management, repo access, Splunk index access, Nessus users and scan zones, and GitLab runners.

　　Required Experience:

　　7+ years of IT experience

　　3+ years of cloud experience

　　1+ years of leadership/management experience

　　Specific technologies/languages: AWS/Azure/OCI services, AWS CLI/MS PowerShell scripting or Bash or Python scripting desired

　　Experience in Atlassian Suite of tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.), DevOps tools desired (GitLab, Artifactory, SonarQube, Security Center Nessus, CI/CD pipeline tools, Splunk, etc.)

　　Education: (Preferred)

　　Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science

　　Certifications: (Preferred)

　　AWS Solution Architect Associate or Professional

　　Azure Administrator

　　OCI Fundamentals

　　Clearance:

　　Must be US Citizen with Active Top-Secret Clearance and SCI eligibility.
