Description

　　Pay $80,000 - $83,000

　　Provide clinical and administrative supervision of clinical and administrative staff, monitor and ensure productivity in line with budget revenues and expenses of the program they are assigned responsibilities.

　　Core Responsibilities

　　Carries an assigned caseload and serves as the primary therapist.

　　Conducts screenings, clinical assessments, and diagnostic impressions.

　　Promotes the involvement of family and/or significant others.

　　Provides linkage to other community support services.

　　Monitors staff productivity.

　　Provides individual and group clinical supervision.

　　Recruits, hires and evaluates the performance of assigned staff therapist.

　　Provides clinical supervision to student interns, as assigned.

　　Qualifications

　　Masters in Social Work plus current licensure, LCSW preferred.

　　Master’s in Mental Health Counseling with license (LMHC), may be considered.

　　3 years of experience counseling adults, families, and children.

　　Must have a valid NYS Driver’s License.
