Responsibilties:
Assess potential number of subjects in site database for scheduling
Create study specific database listings
Assist Clinic Manager in projecting study timelines
Maintain close communication with client regarding study progress or delays
Coordinate with staff to evaluate and arrange study visit placement on the clinic calendar
Review the schedule daily and make adjustments for proper staffing coverage
Perform follow up call of subject visit compliance
Coordinate and schedule Study Initiation Meetings
Deliver creative solutions to schedule conflicts
Perform duties of site receptionist, greeting and logging-in subjects as well as building visitors
Other duties as delegated by management
Ordering non-investigational medical supplies
Requirements :
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
High level of customer service
Strong communication skills
