　　HUB’s Senior and Individual Services professionals provide critical support to through day-to-day program oversight, client advocacy and systems management that make HUB a leading sales and service organization in the insurance industry.

　　Our Benefits Administrative Assistants play a vital role in ensuring the support our clients need to effectively manage their medical and life insurance plans. You are the facilitator of positive and effective relationships. There is possible room for growth for the right person to become a licensed agent assisting with plans surrounding Medicare and Individual Medical Plans.

　　Benefits Administrative Assistant responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

　　Provides administrative support to several agents within a very busy department

　　Generates professional client and carrier correspondence

　　Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all work in Benefit Point

　　Running quotes for Individual Medical Plans and plans surrounding Medicare

　　Update tracking spreadsheets

　　Answer referral phone line & email

　　Submit applications to carriers and track their progress

　　Research claims issues

　　Responsible for updating our carrier document files

　　Run Quotes
