Summary:
The Clinical Pharmacist provides professional pharmaceutical services to patients, healthcare providers, and hospital staff. The Clinical Pharmacist ensures optimal pharmaceutical therapy outcomes and prospectively develops pharmaceutical plans for each patient. All activities are done in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations with the health and welfare of the patient paramount.
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited ACPE school of pharmacy is requiredPrevious pediatric hospital experience is requiredCurrent license or license eligible to practice as a registered pharmacist in Texas Current Pharmacy preceptor license or eligible. Must be obtained within 90 days of employment.CPR - BLS is required, PALS required for critical care areas only
