Clinical Supervisor, Day, Intensive Care UnitUC Health is hiring a full time Supervisor for the Intensive Care Unit department for the Day shift at West Chester Hospital.The Clinical Shift Supervisor assumes the responsibility for ensuring excellent patient care is being delivered, maintaining expeditious patient flow with a focus on customer service, and supervision of nursing staff. The Clinical Shift Supervisor will provide input on staff evaluations and complete evaluations for their regular staff cohort. The Clinical Supervisor will also assist with cost containment, and manage all employees to do the same.
